    • Engineering Notes: MetaKeep Health Monitoring caught incident on time, and we investigated the issue ASAP

      • 13:42 PDT: Issue resolved.
      • 13:03 PDT: API error rate and latency have gone down. AWS issue is not fully resolved yet.
      • 10:13 PDT: AWS reported outage.
      • 10:04 PDT: MetaKeep Health Monitoring reported performance degradation on REST APIs.

  2. May 16, 2022: Alchemy reported partial outage.

    • Impact: Zero downtime for MetaKeep's customers.
    • Engineering Notes: MetaKeep Health Monitoring caught incident on time, MetaKeep Automated Health Recovery kicked in and took preemptive actions to ensure service continuity.
    • Event Log:
      • 12:25 PDT: MetaKeep Health Monitoring reported nominal performance. Incident marked as resolved.
      • 12:05 PDT: MetaKeep load balances traffic back to Alchemy
      • 10:15 PDT: Alchemy reported incident resolution on their end.
      • 08:02 PDT: Performance metrics returned back to nominal. Incident marked as mitigated.
      • 07:59 PDT: MetaKeep Automatic Health Recovery marked Alchemy as unacceptably unhealthy and failed over all traffic to Infura.
      • 07:58 PDT: Alchemy reported partial outage of Polygon Mumbai.
      • 07:56 PDT: MetaKeep Health Monitoring reported performance degradation on Alchemy for Polygon Mumbai affecting Dublin testnet.
